Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 4–8 business days, and every order ships with a tracking number so you can follow it door to door.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer law.
To start a return, email us at luigialbertodropshipping@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you the return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo — we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, no need to ship anything back.
