We want you to be happy with your DrySteps purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Returns
You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer protection law (right of withdrawal).
To start a return, email us at luigialbertodropshipping@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the amount to appear on your statement.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — you won't need to ship the item back.
Exceptions
Items that have been used outdoors, washed or damaged by improper use cannot be refunded.
